“Is Measurement Measuring Up"?

Susan Walker, ABC, will be presenting this question at this June’s IABC New York conference. Susan is giving an interactive session first on this on 30^th April in London for IABC UK offering you the opportunity to:

• understand how communication measurement can link more closely with business;
• identify some of the current barriers to communication measurement;
• work out how these barriers can be overcome;
• give your input towards the actual New York event (results of which will be available in July).

Susan Walker headed the staff research practice at MORI for 15 years, where she was a partner and research director. During this time she directed studies for a wide range of organisations including the BBC, Norwich Union, HBOS, the Co-operative Group and the Audit Commission. These experiences inspired her to start her own practice using research to develop more effective communication. The main focus of her current work is creating action-oriented management information from internal research data to contribute towards business success.
